Bamboo is a pad and a special pen that you can use instead of a mouse, and if you have a paint program (like scratch does) you can draw stuff. This is a sample of how I drew stickmen when I drew comics. If you ever wondered how people make such good drawings on scratch, they probably make them with Bamboo or something like it.
