So earlier we had digital art club and the rules weren't existent I share furry art and LGBTQIA+ and one of my frens shared therian stuff and they say that's not allowed. At first I'm like okay. but then they said they were christian and I'm like THATS NOT AN EXCUSE MY FAMILY IS CHRISTIAN AND SUPPORTS- Me and my mum were both pissed and sent our complaints directly to the teacher who "monitors" the club [She doesn't run it some unqualified students do] my mum explained basically a lot I can't say here cuz I forget what she said but then said what I said. I was thinking about quitting the club because of this. BECAUSE HALF MY ART BREAKS THE RULES OF THE CLUB. THEY DIDN'T SPECIFY THIS WAS A CHRISTIAN ART CLUB. IN FACT THE RULES WEREN'T LISTED IN THE SIGN UP FORM. and now the friend I made in the club during the session I CANT FREAKING TALK TO BECAUSE THE SCHOOL BLOCKED MY PERSONAL EMAIL- I CANT TALK TO ANYONE ON MY CHROMEBOOK NOW- ITS JUST SCRATCH FRIENDS NOW- *mental health goes down further* WHAT'S NEXT? SCRATCH BLOCKED? MAGMA BLOCKED? FLOCK BLOCKED? and my mum asked me "If you were to run a digital art club how would you run it?" Me: Well I'd allow anyone to share any pieces of art as long as it is school appropriate that is they can draw and share what they would like just maybe keep the blood and gore minimal for the younger artists who might want to join. They can include any pride/LGBTQIA+ stuff, furry stuff, and therian stuff and any of that. The teacher said: Don't give up I can try to fix this stuff. Me: MHM SURE YOU DON'T RUN THIS-
