It's the holiday season, so what better time to give the gift of character art and a series synopsis? My gift to anyone reading this is the release date of the first chapter of Exile, a full portfolio of the main gang as humans, and the 'teaser', so to speak, of the series. ---------------------------code------------------------------ space or click to progess. press h to hide the tiny cat heads, press s to show. ------------------------news----------------------------- The date: December 16, 2023 The Synopsis: Long ago, there were two gems. these gems possessed such power that any creature who held both would be practically unstoppable. To protect the world, one cat stole a gem and vanished, seeking to keep the power from destroying the world. Now, that same world is threatened by the power of the remaining gem, which has fallen into the hands of the power-hungry ruler Archer. His search for the other gem has led him to kill and destroy, even driving away his daughter- the only cat who can defeat him. Banding together to protect themselves and find the princess, cats from all corners of the world begin to fight back. It's a race with a deadly prize- take the king down before he finds the gem, or suffer under the will of a mad tyrant. -----------------About the art---------------------------- Okay, so this is a collection of several holiday pieces I've done over the last couple of days. Each one is a character in Exile who fights on the side of the princess. They have their own stories, homes, and goals. 1) Kara: this character is calm and collected. She can come off as cold, but to those that know her well she is very caring. Her main physical characteristic is her scar, which she tends to try to hide. It features predominantly over her left eye, and appears to be from an attempt to claw it out. She's very tall. Not originally from there, but currently in the Tundra biome. 2) Sugarcane: Sugarcane is the medic for a tribe in the tundra. Due to his indispensability, he is accompanied by a guard whenever he leaves the camp. He's perpetually anxious due to never feeling particularly safe at any point save for in his office. When you can calm him down, he's very sweet- but he is also very fragile. Handle with care, Gravity. His main characteristic would be his pink hair. He is very short. Tundra biome. 3) Eklypse: Before she ran away, he was the princess' best friend. Now, he's a freelance magician just trying to survive in Archer's regime. He doesn't take sides- unless it's his, of course. His main physical characteristic is either his admittedly large face scar(Armed guard +teen with an authority problem and a big mouth= Ouchy boo boo) or his fabulous hair. Eklypse has a distinctively flippant attitude. He has his sensitive side, but he prefers to hide it under a thick shell of bad jokes and sarcasm. City. 4) Aria: Not much is known about her during the first arc of the story. Here's what we do know: She's a prisoner. She's blind. She's perpetually cheerful, which might be a sign of mental instability, but whatever. She loves to sing, which irritates her captors to no end. She pays really close attention to everything happening around her. She hears basically everything. 5) Rose: Very, very, VERY cheerful person. If optimism were a person, she would be Rose. If she likes something, SHE LOVES IT. If she likes someone, best believe that person is aware. She's a hugger. Main physical characteristic would be the wings. Yes, she can fly. She's from the forest biome. 6) Tigris: Eklypse's twin sister. The princess' other childhood best friend. Where her brother became a solo operator, Tigris became the leader of an underground resistance force. She is firmly convinced that the princess is still alive and will return to take down her father, so Tigris is raising an army for that day. Tigris is very serious and doesn't often make jokes. She is ruthless if needed, and will kill enemies with zero hesitation. Whatever needs to be done, she will do it. The main physical characteristic would probably be her tiger-like stripes.
