hi! phi'm miles, he/it, and this is phy manager application! phi've been on scratch for almost four years, and on the gaehive for about 2. phi'm an alterhuman, programmer, and the host of a plural system! phi'm 13 (almost 14! >x3), my timezone is est, and phi'd generally be on the most around night time/evening and kinda on an off in the middle of the day. phi've kinda grown up on the gaehive, and phi really love it. phi would love to become a manager so that phi can help one of phy favorite communities more :> phi'm neurodivergent and have anxiety, and am also not the best at conflict resolution sometimes (phi tend to either shut down or yell at someone when theyre being mean, but phi'm working on it /gen). if phi become a manager, phi would want to host more games and fun stuff like that,, phi've had some really good ideas for a while :3 hostility towards newcomers: phi agree that its definitely been proven that sometimes we should be wary towards newcomers, but phi think that we shoudl approach it with the benefit of the doubt,, phi think its still necessary to ask new members how theyve found the gaehive, especially if they have newer accounts, but we should definitely be nicer abt it ignoring advice/euphoria comments: phi really like the idea that isla had abt earning pearls when you reply to things, because its hard sometimes to stop what youre doing and do something for someone else, but thats part of what it means to be a gaehivian! exclusionism towards certain identities: phi has personally had to deal with a huge amount of excluionism towards phe because of phy identities (mostly being an endo system and being objectum), and like. phi dont like it. its definitely a big problem, and phi would want to try to do something abt it if phi got promoted phi honestly cant think of any things specifically phi would improve if phi was promoted, phi feel like the gaehive is pretty close to perfect as it is rn. phi do know/am learning i think 7 languages rn, so phi think that might be useful! /gen recommendations! @firefromheat : theyve always acted calm in bad situations, and phi feel like he brings a nice vibe to this studio. @iexplore_apphumans : he seems mature and responsible! @raining-emotions / : we've been friends since before phi knew the gaehive existed, and theyve been amazing the entire time. they improve the studio just by beign there lol /gen
