You can see him VIA the cameras (Clicking the TV), he will be slowed if you're looking on cams.. If he is at your office door, you must turn the power off and wait for his cue to play. Milk (Milk Carton): He appears in the vents after you turn the power off, then on. When he is not in your sight, he will attempt to move.
