It's not quite Pac-Man... (WASD/↑←↓→ for directions) Cap-Man has to collect at least 25 pellets to win, Ghost has to tag Cap-Man before he gets the pellets.
I did it in a few minutes, don't be too harsh. You cannot move when you are up against a wall.
