Click and drag the articles of clothing to the dog. There is a yellow top in the upper left corner, in case you can't see it. Don't overlook the 3 colorful bracelets in the lower left corner! That's basically it. In case you are wondering, the dog is female, but if you prefer you can call it male. Enjoy!
