Shukusai is an amateur robotic neo-assassin paid to hunt and kill any government officials in the Cyber Space (especially Vy for unknown reasons). There's only one problem - she's super clumsy and is pretty bad at her job. Like all people in the Cyber Space, she has heterochromia (different coloured eyes). Her colours are neon teal green and electric pink.
