This is the start of my newest comic, Willows and Leaves. This is the first section of a three-part Chasing Stars story arc - a trilogy of sorts. The second part is called Nightmares Rising and the third is called Flying Birds. This three-part arc will follow the lives of littermates Leafkit and Willowkit as they grow, develop, and lead their lives. The first arc focuses on their lives, the second on those that threaten them, and the third on their new younger siblings. I hope I'll have motivation to continue working on it, and I hope you'll enjoy reading it! As for what this means for Darker Nights...it might be over? Ever since my partner for that went inactive during our sequel roleplay, I've sort of lost motivation for it. I do want to tell the story of Darker Nights, though - if any of you would be interested in reading it in more novel-based format with at least one piece of art per episode, let me know, but otherwise Darker Nights is on indefinite hiatus. Sorry the art on this is kinda sucky, and the backgrounds are absolute trash, but I hope it at least conveys the story! Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading Willows and Leaves! ⭒
