Where I put updates on the progress of blob defense: Adding more status effects, waves 40 to 50 designs on being worked on Finished 3/3 of status effects, waves 40 to 50 design still not final, blob designs not complete, and upgrade panel not completed (for most units) Fourth and fifth enemy in waves 40-50 designed (maybe 1-2 more left) and fixed a glitch with frost effect (blobs weren’t able to be damaged) One upgrade panel finished, one in the works and considering even more redesigning Getting random stuff done (I probably forgot) Instead of adding 1-2 more enemies I added 3 more (celestial themed) definitely more are being added soon Added two more, variants of a certain star, to be formed, a star about 8 times the size of our Sun should die and form this dense celestial body Redesigned 2nd boss and added a 5th boss, buffed both Colored shooters, and buffed some other units not shown in demo. Oh boi it been months since last time I’ve worked on this game Reworking Pink clawer and realized that most of the damage code in bosses are old and need to be changed. I currently don’t feel like changing and adding the new damage code. Finished reworked Pink Clawer, fixed damage code in bosses, and redesigned Colored shooter and dual colored shooter lvl 5. Still haven’t finished upgrade menus, just two left. Adding stun to units but isn’t complete and only on tower currently has it, adding better backgrounds for units buying thingamabob, and planing to add a 6th with a 7th boss (bosses 5 to 7 would be stunning and just maybe boss 6 might eliminate your units). Slightly redesigned colored shooter, more units with better backgrounds, and redesigned green sniper’s gun by a bit. Just sound design stuff (lower volumes so your ears don’t hurt) Minor design change of the projectiles of a unit Currently in the process of a redesign of frosty machine gun (blue machine gun) and changing its bullet spread. Capped fire and poison damage for bosses (poison is 750 while fire is 1500). Fire is going to have a higher tick rate than poison and double damage but it wears off very fast. Finally frost is no longer a permanent status affect (for bosses as of rn), it’s a temporary slow instead of freeze or permanent slowing with the addition of the capacity to permanently freeze a enemy (basically frost would continue to slow down enemy further ex: 1->0.5->0.25 and so on, ending with the enemy being nearly incapable of moving).
