Full screen recommended SPACE/RIGHT for next Left for previous (Sorry mobile & tablet users for the inconvenience, I'll see what I can do to fix this later on) Oh and you can also zoom in to view it better(unfortunately the quality isn't that good once it's inserted into a project) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's been a year since I last posted my art- I know. I apologize for not posting a proper project ='] . 7th Grade has got me busy this year, and the school got shuffled(including my class, tho thankfully I'm still in my class and haven't been shuffled elsewhere). So new kids, new bus(shifted to a new one), new teachers, more drama, etc. + my best friend and others got shuffled too.. tho we talk daily in school. And having an art block too even though I am okay now, I have scurried away from digital painting! Moving on, I'm really proud of myself managing to go beyond my limits and create something that I can always be proud of. The character [aka Lola Fox] was created just for the sake of a meme template [i.e breaking point template by @tofumilk] which was posted 3 years ago. I decided this needed some life to it else it'd be a plain old picture. I know it's weird the fact that Lola has human ears and fox ears as well; It could be just a headband or she might be a hybrid, idk. Also I know that originally Lola had 2 blue hair clip on the left side of her hair[which was in the meme project] but later on I realized that she'd be much better without the hairclips. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Order of slides in the project:- 1. Old drawing of Lola. I drew this I think a few months ago[cannot remember due to my lack of brain cells] or at the beginning of the school year, idk. Looks quite average though. 2.Redrawing Lola. As you can see the art style has changed quite a bit ig. It looks much neater and better than the previous drawing. I drew this last month or when December started[ again I cannot remember :/] 3. Finally brought it to life on an A3 sketchbook. I used watercolors as the base and then gradually built up on the texture using alcoholic markers, washable markers + Crayons and at the end I outlined it with a thin black marker. If you want to know what supplies were used, you can ask in the comments. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Links:- Go check out the meme template remix where Lola was first created. It's cringe I know but do check it out. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Please don't steal any of the artworks featured here. All of these are hand drawn by me. If stolen/recolored/traced etc or remixed without proper credit, the project will be reported and serious action will be taken. Thank you. --------------------------------------------------------------------
