As a wolf I was born in a pack in a place near-ish human civilization. I lived on a mountain. There was water and trees and snow and rocks I loved to climb. I loved running through the snowy forest with my pack. Our hunts went well and I remember having two pups as well. Once, I and a few pack mates separated to go explore our territory more. I went down a side of the mountain and saw a road. I'd never seen one before, and certainly not so close up. Not thinking too much of it, I went to cross the road. Suddenly, I saw a car speeding down the road. I froze up, in my fight, flight or freeze mind zone. All together I decided to run. But just as I leapt out of the way the car sped by and hit my legs. I tumbled forward a few feet and came to rest on the side of the road. My legs were either broken or very badly injured from that car. I looked up at the moon and howled for a moment, then lay down my head... And that is the story of how I d!ed in my past life.
