Deep in the forest reside three young cats- three apprentices, one kits. Their families are all long gone, so together they decide to form HICKORYCLAN- a Clan for the Lost. Flightpaw a medium-furred dark gray marbled tom 8 moons (at start) Swamppaw A medium-furred dark ginger rosetted tom 6 moons (at start) Crowpaw A long-furred dark gray ticked tabby and white tom 6 moons (at start) Swiftkit A medium-furred pale gray tom 2 moons (at start) Moon 0 - Flightpaw, being the oldest, has stepped up as leader of the group. Crowpaw has come out as transfemme, and has taken the role of medicine cat apprentice. Moon 1 - Cats have mixed feelings about Swiftkit, either loving or hating him. He doesn’t mind, though. Flightpaw and Swamppaw, the only two hunters, struggle to catch prey. Moon 2 - Prey dwindles more and more, and the four cats struggle to eat. Crowpaw begins to regret her choice to become medicine cat, and is jealous that Swiftkit still gets to choose. Moon 3 - The effects of food scarcity are beginning to set it, making cats more and more irritable. Despite this, Flightpaw and Swamppaw manage to drive a dog away. Swiftkit has decided to become a medicine cat once he’s of age, since he doesn’t like Flightpaw or Swamppaw. Moon 4 - Flightpaw earns their warrior name, Flightfeather. It is not kept for long, as he sets out with Crowpaw and claims his nine lives, becoming Flightstar. Swiftkit also becomes Swiftpaw after starting his apprenticeship, and is mentored by Flightstar. Even though Swiftpaw is able to patrol now, food is still scarce. Moon 5 - After an unfortunate meeting with rouges, Flightstar gets a rather large scar on his shoulder. And thins begin to shape up for HickoryClan, as Swamppaw pulls ahead in hunting and feeds the Clan. Moon 6 - Crowfur and Swampspots earn their medicine cat and warrior names. A kittypet named Monzi joins the Clan, and changes his name to Snowdaisy. Flightstar debates promotimg Snowdaisy to deputy, as he is the oldest cat in the Clan, but entrusts the duty to Swampspots instead. With the new warrior, Swiftpaw switches to medicine cat apprentice happily. Snowdaisy (formerly Monzi) A medium-furred white tom 97 Moons (as of joining) Moon 7 - The small, five-cat clan settles into ‘normal’ this moon, as nothing special happens. Moon 8 - leaffall arrives, and the Clan is worried about finding enough food. Swampspots looks back on when food was scarce, and doesn’t miss it. Moon 9 - Leaf-bare arrives, and Snowspots settles into the Clan. He is glad that his white pelt hides him in the snow, allowing him to hunt easier. On a patrol, Swampspots finds an injured cat on the Thunderpath, and brings her back to the Clan. Once healthy, Louis joins and changes her name to Honeylotus. She is just a few moons younger than Swampspots, and looks up to him. Flightstar begins to develop feelings for Crowfur, and Crowfeather returns those feelings- but neither tell each other. Honeylotus (formerly Louis) A short-furred golden-speckled she-cat 12 Moons (as of joining.) Moon 10 - Swiftsnow recieves his medicine cat name. He knows it was chosen for him by StarClan, but is upset and feels like his name shadows Snowdaisy. Swampspots begins acting rudely towards Flightstar, and he begins to doubt his choice of deputy. Crowfur and Flightstars feelings grow for each other, but they remain friends, nothing more. On patrol, Flightstar meets Dawnneedle, who joins the clan and brings his kits. Dawnneedle A short-furred black and white tom 62 moons (as of joining) Ashkit A medium-furred gray-speckled she-cat 0 Moons (As of joining) Daisykit A short-furred black tuxedo tom 0 Moons (As of joining) Moon 11 - Flightstar loses a life falling out of a tree at a mere 19 moons. Crowfur is worried Flightstar’s time with them won’t last long, and asks him out- and he agrees. They are now mates. This is the only eventful thing that happens this moon. Moon 12 - Swiftsnow suffered a snakebite, but managed to survive. This is the only eventful thing that happened this moon.
