M.O.E stands for Marks Of Excellence. Depending on your country, there will be different MOE on the gun. For the USA, RUSSIA, and CHINA use a white star (for RUSSIA use red and CHINA use yellow.) For GERMANY make 3 white rings that are about this big wide ||| each while each ring equals one star from USA. For JAPAN make a red dot. For POLAND make two white rings that don't wrap around the whole barrel for each US star, for CZECHOSLOVAKIA make something like a golden eagle.
