HOW TO USE At the bottom of the screen are two buttons, steal and split. When one of them is clicked, the opponent instantly responds with whether they will steal or split. Then, rewards will be added and costs will be taken. Below are two variables to show how much you have been rewarded, and how much your opponent has. The reward matrix for each scenario is on the first page. These values can be edited using the pencil icon top-right of the table. There is also a mode button to control how the Opponent chooses the values. The default is Random mode, which randomly chooses Steal or Split. Helpful mode takes your choice and chooses the option best for you. Troll mode is the opposite, which takes your choice and chooses the option worst for you. Cheater mode uses your choice and chooses what's best for themselves. Next is Smart mode, which uses the table to decide what would be the better choice for both cases Finally, Dumb mode is the opposite of Smart mode and chooses the worst option. The next page, accessed by clicking on the Backdrop, has a line graph that changes every time you steal or split. TAGS #All #Animation #Animations #Art #Tutorials #Fun #Games #Experiment #Game
NOTES This is not a game, merely an experiment for Game Theory. (the study of mathematical models of strategic interactions among rational agents. Source: Wikipedia) The default values are a variation of the Prisoner's Paradox, in which the better option is always to steal for both people.
