This is how I think Persephone (from Greek mythology) would look Persephone story(extremely shortened and made it more appropriate) She was a Greek goddess who was the goddess of flowers (I think?? @AthenaTheFirst pls correct me if I’m wrong) and anyways her mom was super overprotective of her. Long story short, the Greek god Hades (the god of the underworld) decided he loved her and pretty much took her away without her permission. Anyways later on Persephone’s mom (Demeter) found out abt this and tried to take her back but she already ate a pomegranate seed from the underworld, which meant she had to stay with Hades. But Demeter was willing to make the whole earth die if she didn’t get her daughter back, so they came to an "agreement". She would start to head to live with Demeter in the spring time, which is why everything starts growing bc Demeter is the goddess of like plants and growing stuff, and stay with Demeter in the summer which is why everything is so warm and cheerful, and would start to head back to Hades in the fall, which is why everything starts to die (it’s my fav season but still), and then in the winter she stays with Hades, which is why everything is “gloom” and dead in the winter.
