In addition to hosting several off-site roleplays, I've also held administrating positions in several Scratch roleplays, like: - Head WoodClan Admin of SOTTRP - [ex] CO-CEO of Flicker - Founder of A Fox's Tail [since gone inactive] [ What qualities do you have that would make you a good admin? ] I think I'm a generally nice person, but I'm not afraid to enforce the rules when they're needed! I don't mind doing 'mundane' tasks, and I love helping out with whatever I can! I'm good at resolving conflicts and am a generally patient person- though I don't stand for rules being broken or abused. [ What do you think you can contribute to this roleplay as an admin? ] Anything! I'll be accepting bios, brainstorming events, notifying people about events, conducting activity checks, and everything else you'd need. I consider myself a pretty creative person, and an organized one at that so I'd be willing to manage anything from allegiances to pup control ! [ What are your weaknesses in dealing with other people? ] I've never had any issues or incidents talking to people on Scratch, but I'd say generally I'd like to be able to be more consistent with my tone and punctuation- I think sometimes I can come off as more brisk than I mean too. [ What qualities do you think all admins must have? ] I think a really big part of being an admin is the ability to be impartial, the ability to moderate disagreements without having a biased opinion. Another quality I would describe is flexibility. You've got to be ready for anything. You're never aware of what you'll be asked or presented with, and schedules are always shifting. [ How active are you? ] Pretty active! I try to be on at least once a day, more so on weekends. [ Have you read the rules. information projects, and studio descriptions? ] Yep! I've gone through each Clan's studio and read the desc as well as the original interest and info projects! [ Which rule do you deem the most important? ] Probably "You may only have two living characters at a time, and these two characters may not be in the same Clan. Under any circumstances they are not permitted to interact with one another or even know that the other exists. Doing so will only lead to confusion." I've been in quite a few roleplays, and I feel like a character limit is essential because when it isn't, characters are often forgotten and overrun by others. In addition to this, characters interacting with each other breaks what a roleplay is supposed to be: people interacting. [ Other ] That's all!!
