Felt like Neon's sprite was in need of an overhaul, especially seeing as the previous one didn't do much to differentiate his design from Sonic himself. Since Neon has been using basically the same sprite design for a few years at this point, I decided to try and remake it, in order to better reflect his design. I also tried to follow the S1 style a bit more closely in some areas. Hope you guys enjoy!
