You can use the paste button at the side of all inputs to type using your actual OSs input system. When you get to the desktop you can press the demo window app to open a new demo window (you'll have to move the previous one to see it) and you can press the three dots to open the OS menu. When resizing windows you'll have to have your mouse only just within the window.
