Respected Sir, We, the representatives of Puertoluna, would like to bring to your attention the matter of the fort built by New Scotland in Brook, which overlooks Milotonia of Puertoluna. While we understand that certain grudges may exist between the leaders of New Scotland and Milotonia, we firmly believe that this is not a reason for military action against your ally and lifelong friend. It has come to our attention that Brook was kept a secret from us as a way to get revenge and "backstab" Puertoluna in case of a threat. We would like to remind you that such actions create trust issues and can lead to severe diplomatic repercussions. Moreover, this fort violates the TMBA rules, which raises serious concerns about the safety of our micronations. We urge you to remove or relocate the fort in question within the next two weeks. Failure to do so would force us to fortify Milotonia and Rubyland Hangout, both of which are in close proximity to Brook. In extreme cases, we might even have to declare war. We hope that it doesn't come to that and that we can resolve this matter through peaceful means. We also ask that due to current complications between our nations, and due to both the rising size of New Scotland and the secret of Brook that the rest of this neighborhood be Milotonia's for taking as Brook is already big and Milotonia is among the smallest of districts, as well as Puertoluna as a whole.
