MISSING PERSONS REPORT - NOVEMBER 17 1994 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- A Missing Persons Report was issued on November 17, 1994 by Katlyn Krils. The person in question in this report is Eddy Krils, last seen on November 16, 1994. At the scene, a trail of a black liquid was found that led to a random place on the street, he was most likley taken by car. We are awaiting approval from the Oakland Police Department. Hey guys!
