Like the title says, this is an endless survival game, you mow down random dumb inside joke things from pizza tower rats to primal aspids to malicious faces to Toby Fox himself. Instructions: WASD to move, mouse to shoot, Q to open the shop, killing enemies gives you points, use those points to buy upgrades for your character.
