Art without filters 4. Goofy looking sketch The clothes look like their alive XD ⭒☆⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒☆⭒ Whats up guys? MERRY CHRISTMAS, I still haven't opened my presents lol while writing this. I'm actually really happy with this piece honestly. Although the face is a bit wonky, i still think it's a good piece. I USED A REFERENCE AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH I DOWNLOAD THE PHOTO IT DOESN'T SHOW UP SO THAT'S THAT. ALSO that reference photo had a pattern on the shirt, but since kleki doesn't have a disort tool, i'm just gonna cry in a pit bro. Anyways, i'm pretty happy with it and think im gonna do more dramatic lighting pieces like this, I also need to study folds, wrinkles, color harmony, and anatomy whoooo! On to the rating XD ⭒☆⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒☆⭒ Colors: 9/10 I like em but they could have been closer to the ref, which is not here but still Drawing: 8/10 I like it, but somehow the face feels off... Lighting: 10/10 love it so much bro Overall: 9/10 Commentary: This was really fun to do, I did the line art first, then rendered the shirt, face, hand and light bulb separately and it turned out to be super fun! Also, i used orange as his base tone for the skin, and surprisingly, this method worked well in using the color that most appeared in the photo. Also, he looks like he's seen something he can't unsee, you know, probably shouldn't have turned on the light bulb... You know, the reference photo had a wire that the guy had connecting the lightbulb, but i think it looks cooler without it, tell me what you think in the comments Side note: My grandma thought he was holding a g!n so erm.... Also, as im writing this sentence now, i have opened my presents XD But, thats all... ⭒☆⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒☆⭒ I got a drone for Christmas and its one of those high quality spy ones, im spying on you as i write this right now :P
