Signups are OPEN. The Platformer Duel is a competition that will take place in 5 rounds. You will be judged on 4 categories. You will be placed in 5 teams. 1st Round: Concept Provide us with an idea, a name, and a story for your platformer. 2nd Round: Artwork Show us your design skills with a player, and example map art. 3rd Round: Coding Provide us with four example levels or stages, depending on if it is scrolling or classic. Final Round: Final Game Code us your final whole platformer with every element you want to add. There is no elimination, however our panel will be judging you every challenge. At the final challenge, the community will get to vote on which platformer deserves to win. More information will be available in the sign-ups or in the challenges.
