hello!!! this is my last minute entry to the sgt quarter finals!!!! yayayayaaya so i have three songs that i'm going to try to play today!!!! also i have lost any formality in me. program: 1) harmony chord progression (on concert Bb major scale) 2) snowman - sia 3) clair de lune - claude debussy 4) sofia the first theme song 5) fallen down loop - toby fox run-time: 3 minutes 50 seconds in-depth notes: 1) harmony chord progression: this is a warm-up we do in band! i think it's really cool to find the harmonies and melodies in every piece, and i loved playing this. in reality, the only thing i did was make recordings with just one note, and then use code to piece it all together, if that makes sense! i did this method because i'm not sure how to observe the fermatas and to get the correct volume (because the quality becomes really bad when i play for longer times :sob:) but i hope you enjoy!! 2) snowman: i'm playing the chorus of "snowman" by sia, all in ONE breath, which is so hard but cool i guess!!! this was the viral snowman challenge that was online a few years ago, and i thought it would be fun to try it out! hopefully it didn't sound out-of-breath? 3) clair de lune: i love this song!!!! it's just so beautiful and amazing and everything and woeifhnaosidfaes yeah! i tried to do it justice, and hopefully it worked out! 4) sofia the first: ah, the infamous audition song. ok so when i first played it for my audition, i was rushing because of the deadline and did it really badly, and now i redid it in this project! i can definitely see the improvement, and i think i did better than last time, at least haha 5) fallen down - this song is just really beautiful and mysterious and haunting for some reason and i really loved playing it!! in my opinion, the original goes a tad bit too fast, so i loved playing this with a lot of tempo changes :D
ok so i know my playing is sort-of bad :sob: but it's ok!!! and also the recording quality of my computer is REALLY bad, but i'm not sure how to fix it, sorry!!
