Company: Unknown NO: Unknown oh boy, this is a bit of a long story. so, it all started when I found a selling on eBay that was called "RARE! ELMO FUNNY DANCER 2003 CHINAFAKE HARD TO FIND!!!" it was really dirty on the head so i had to clean it. cleaning said head damaged the motor for the arms, so i had to fix that too. the shoes, oh boy, the shoes. these things WERE DUSTY. it took about maybe 10-20 minutes to clean. rarity: 99/100. this boy is hard to find.
