Arrow keys to move move around a bit to get areas working, grind stats, kill enemies for tokens, then spend those on multipliers get enough stats for rebirths, and get Rebirth Points and Ranks, Rank give multipliers for specific stats or give perks, spend rebirth points on multipliers to the token boosts, try to get the max rank.
