Flag 2x Animation made on scratch bitmap :3 Slight flash warning- not a lot, though. Wait 1 second at the start and then the animation starts. If you want it to look better, only focus on the ears or the tail :p Edit: I really need to stop hating on my own projects. I should be proud of myself! This took 2 hours! So yay! This is awesome! :D ( the outline took like 30 minutes but the coloring I kept messing up so it took a while- the code took 10-20 minutes. )
