Lex’s file is actually created by him, cause he normally wouldnt be able to access this universe (or at least i think) since he didnt have a file in the first place. Thats why Fox couldnt get a backup for him when everybody got killed by Galeem. He also has antivirus in it. Eventually everybody knew he wasnt supposed to even be here, which is way this happened in the first place.
