YAYY 2023 IS OVER, THIS YEAR WAS A CURSE GEEZ okokokok here we go quick review of the art (click to see larger versions of drawings :D ) January - I was using krita at the time. Used a pose ref for this one, drew my character Kapri :D (digital on krita, done w/ drawing tablet) February - Start of bad artblock, felt like I could barely draw. Tried a test art style with some random character (digital on krita, done w/ drawing tablet) March - Artblock Core :p I began drawing way more in my sketchbook because it just felt like a chore to pull out my MacBook, my drawing tablet, and whatever else. I made a Project Sekai oc (still don’t have a name decided :[ ) (traditional) April - Quick doodle of another random character (traditional) May - Redraw of an old character. I was kinda proud of it at the time, will say it still looks good but ehh (traditional) June - Uhhh I was getting more obsessed w/ Genshin :’] drew Wanderer a couple of times (fanart, traditional) July - HEIZOU BIRTHDAY! I kinda forced myself to draw this but I still love it (fanart, digital on IbisPaintX, done w/ finger) August - got into Bungou Stray Dogs and made an oc, love my boy Nylon <3 (digital on IbisPaintX, done w/ finger) September - Began trying to draw furries again because I realized that what was holding my art back was the constant drawing of humans :p drew my oc Viz (Digital on IbisPaintX, drawn w/ finger) October - this is the only drawing I did in October :[ (traditional, done w/ marker & fine liner pen) November - Childe fanart lol . Felt like doodling him traditionally at the time but I ended up colouring it digitally (Fanart, Traditional originally, transferred to IbisPaintX & coloured w/ my finger) December - I love this drawing, it was a quick doodle I did when I first got Loopy but I love it smm. that was also my first time using procreate (Digital on Procreate, drawn w/ Apple Pencil) FHEIJGHERIUHG I have like no art from mar-aug cuz my artblock was so freaking bad grrr Also I got an Apple Pencil late November, but I liked the fanart better than any of the Apple Pencil drawings I did that month :p
