press the up arrow to change costume and press space to hide the sprite. Press Q to make it run without screen refresh and press E to make it run with a screen refresh. Make sure to use turbo mode if you want it to run with screen refresh. Press Z to start Tracing put your own image in the sprite 'object' and it will trace it.
Also, if you press space before it starts printing it can be used to reveal something, like text.
