Thanks to Canthiar for the original project RotoZoom: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/943431779 In the original project, only the brightness was adjusted, but in this project, the saturation and color is adjusted as well. All three properties are adjusted independently. Also, there is some stretching going on :)
