hi there! i haven't done an update in a while, and i want to tell you all what's going on both on scratch and irl. first off, thank you for taking the time to read this and deal with me haha images: ♞ I did a photoshoot with Sneak! She looked super cute in her Christmas halter and wreath! ♞ I then took her for a ride, because she was feeling jittery. We did some flatwork and she looked adorable in her light blue. ♞ Winter came down to the stables to hang out, so I put her bareback on King while I rode Style bareback. ♞ I then grabbed Vara, and even though my poor baby was tired, I took her out. She woke right up and we worked on cantering and galloping while keeping control, so she'll stop rushing her jumps. ♞ After putting Vara away, I grabbed Cougar and Topaz to hang out. I wanted to do something with them, but Cougar was in a bad mood and kept pinning his ears, backing away from me, and tossing his head, and Topaz's hooves were sore, so I settled for hanging out in the arena with Everest, my dog. ♞ I then took out Inky and Earl. By the time it was their turn to be exercised, the winds had started up and I figured it was best to stay off Inky, my highest-strung stallion. And, as many of my horses have to deal with, during winter, the horses with white hooves get super sensitive, and I have to spray their hooves daily. Earl seemed a bit painful, so I let him and Inky run together. [ Fun fact: Earl is one of two geldings I own ] ♞ I then took Prince for a ride! His hooves were doing good, so I tacked him up and we did an hour or so of basic Western work. [ Fun fact: Prince is the biggest horse I own ] ♞ I then took out Amber for a ride. I used her special pink tack, and she looked absolutely adorable. I had sprayed her hooves this morning although they didn't seem to be bothering her that much. She listened perfectly and I think she benefits from being the only horse in a riding space. ♞ Now this is an unfamiliar face! Meet Jack! I brought him home today, and he's moving in well. He's a grullo, and although he's young, is well-behaved. He's saddle trained, but needs a lot more work. I'm going to start him in Reining. He'll be my first horse who doesn't do any English. I didn't have a Western saddle that fit him, because Prince's was too big. He listened well, and he's definitely going to be fun to train. [ Jack's info: Jack "Jack Of Folded Cards" Stallion, 4 Years, Kiger Mustang ] --- So that's all! Thanks for reading :) If you have any suggestions for new horse names, show names, colours, or appearances, I'd happily take them! --- Credits: : Sneak, Sneak's Tack, Sneak's Xmas Gear, Slide effect : Rider Bases, Edited by Me : King, Style, King and Style's Bridles : Vara, Cougar, Topaz, Inky, Prince, Amber : Earl : Hot pink tack Me : Vara's tack, Amber's wraps and chest plate, Jack, Jack's tack ----- dayam this took a village :0 xD
