So I took all those factors, the background color, the cross color and border color, and whether there is a border or not. There are 2,304 possible flags. Just press the spacebar to generate a random flag. 7 of those 2,304 possible flags are used by actual countries/territories. The countries of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Finland, and the Faroe Islands, owned by Denmark, and the Åland Islands, owned by Finland.
