Instructions are in the game, told by the penguin. It's really basic, click on the item you want the penguin to wear, and it will wear it. Click on it again to take it off. Please tell me if there is anything that glitches or needs to be fixed.
This idea just randomly popped into my head, took only three days, pretty simple.
