Happy New Year! I haven't done one of these before, but I figure it'd be a fun thing to try this year- just looking back at my favorite artwork! January - I remember being really proud of this one & all the detailing I did for it, and I still the that the effect is good! February - Again, I remember being pround of all the background detailing and how the warden came out- they're still pretty hard to figure out how to draw for me, but I like it March - This one! It's art of one of my favorite magnus archives episodes - I really should work on more fanart for that. I like the perspective work of the street- it was tricky to get all the wood paneling to line up April - This is fanart of limited life, and I like the kind-of eerie feeling of it all, since I feel like the amnesia-cold episode could be pretty creepy when you think about it May - This is probably my favorite artwork from limited life- I really like the panelling and the sunset. I'd like to do some more comic-esque artwork in the future even if it's short like this one. June - Witchcraft SMP fanart! I know it was over by this point, but I really liked the series and will probably revisit it at some point next year July - This is another big piece I did that I'm very happy with- I like all the textures and glowy bits, plus I think that the stained glass windows came out well August - This is pretty much the only art I did for August, since I think that this was the time that I was more focused on animatics. I do like it, but side profiles are definately not my strong suit - I'm still working on that! September - While I did do some fanart this month, this piece for art class was one that I really like (though the effect isn't the best here on scratch) October - Okay, so for this month, I did draw a LOT, but I either don't want to post it on scratch or it was work on an animatic that I've put on hold (which I did a lot of, but I don't think I have the motivation to finish), so I just went with another work for my art class, which I also like a lot November - This is where I switched to a different artstyle, and this piece is the first one I did with it! I like it a lot, and I like to work with this style, so I'm pretty happy that I switched December - Another piece with this style! It's of one of my favorite episodes in Secret Life, and I think that the effect I was going for paid off And that's it!
