Old Rules: 1.no stealing drawings from others 2.you can make either an animation or a drawing 3.any drawing/animations WONT be accepted IF it has been made after 31st august. 4.if 2 drawing/animation that are same it will be judged based on date 5.If you don't win, you will get another trophy/certificate 6.Please do not take the pictures and use it as a drawing/animation it is just an example 7.Making your own characters is allowed
