The Republic of Feles wanted to try something new. So they created the first coal powered Heavy tank in the world of Scallop! Only two where made. They had very smokey engine that the crew hated. I guess that's what you get for creating the first coal powered heavy tank! It weighed 56 tons, and only had a top speed of 12 miles per hour!
