(press red blue button to launch rocket) credit to @cs2975871. for the people backstory for this facility is that due to all the reactor obliterations in scratchtopia the government issued a rocket to be built for each facility due to the fact that the types of reactors we see compared to the bomb, the fallout would destroy the reactor and stop the meltdown while making a much smaller fallout.
