You will not own the design until you actually sign up and are active with her. After that I really don't care. Also, you can determine anything you want about her life. Like the only thing that's not allowed is that she lives with her bio parents because it is straight cannon that Kodamom and Kodauncle don't want any of their children, or get in jail or something before they be a proper parent to the children.
