Welp scratch ruined the quality
Devour has a large dark bluish gray body with sharp feather-like scales on his wings that have red accents. He has horns on his head that look antler-like, he has a long lanky tail that has a claw-like tip. (just a Noctourious from the game Dragon Adventures).
