So I co-own a pac-man exe, and I wanna make a game for him. I don't want it to be too ambitious but I want it to be somewhat high quality. I have an idea of how gameplay would work kind of and stuff. But idk how to code, some art idk how to make, and I dont have any software to make sound effects, music, and I cant voice act. It will be programmed using scratch, But I wanna release the SB3 on gamejolt or smth. Gameplay would be somewhat similar to pac-man (duh). Preferably it would actually be kinda fun (unlike some exe things that are just glorified walking simulators whose saving graces are the spritework and characters).
