i'm super confused rn because other day i was looking at the ulta beauty website and saw that they had sol de janerio there now! like when did they add it?! i never heard anyone say that they had it there and apparently it's in person as well as online! plus, if you didn't know, ulta beauty is avaliable inside of target, so if you go to the makeup section of target you're technically in the ulta section, and they sell sol de janerio there too! like what?! did i miss some announcment or something? lol well if anyone knows what's going on or when this became a thing please comment because i have no idea lol.
