Click for next. 1- some random I drew for fun. I think the hair looks okay. 2- Mafuyu Asahina Birthday card sketch. in progress. I want to finish it before her 2024 bday 1/27. 3- idk, clothing fold practice ig. Ignore the feet ew. 4- in progress another drawing of Mafuyu but with background/scene because I want to get better at those this year. The colors are just a rough guide for planning out the actual coloring. Kinda back. I think I improved a lot on anatomy, learning to use references, expressions in general, and I’m better at shading. This year, I’m planning to continue practicing anatomy while continuing to learning how to shade/color. I will try to also incorporate scenes, but because I don’t want to focus on too many things at once (sTreSs), I’m not going to practice it too much. Just get into the habit of including them.
Characters- 1st drawing- my “character”, I just drew a random hairstyle that came to mind, I could make this into a character if I wanted to but not for now 2nd/4th- Mafuyu Asahina from Project SEKAI, for the 2nd I referenced one of her birthday cards 3rd: no one’s characters, just drew random things that came to mind again
