Hi guys, thank you so much for 150 followers! This is a little DTA surprise to celebrate reaching this milestone. I guess it will be a rotating DTA, and probably each season I will make a batch lol What is a DTA? DTA is an acronym for "Draw To Adopt," and it's like a drawing contest but once you win the contest, you get to keep the character you drew from like the selection of characters lol LE RULES - No using Picrew or gacha or AI-generated images or stuff like that - Don't make troll submissions or trace ANYONE or make not safe for work content of any of the characters - Any drawing program is fine - You can make more than one entry but you only win one character out of the entire batch - None of the names given are official, pick your own name and give it a backstory or something - Blood and gore is accepted as long as it takes part in the character backstory (DON'T KILL THEM THO) - Don't get too salty if you didn't win the one you wanted - You can try other artstyles but again, don't trace - You can change things up but please, leave at least two parts of the design alone so it would be recognizable How to get a better chance of winning the character you want: - "points" will be judged based on how good the art is - You get a better chance if you animate lol This is batch 1, and also I was experimenting with the eyes, I made some of these before christmas lol and I auto-generated the palettes 1 - Flowers (The one I was proud of the most) 2 - Lavender Town Demon (Altho it kinda doesn't look like one, I'm still proud of it anyway and teh palette kinda reminded me of Lavender Town creepypasta lol) 3. Winter Spirit (At least the whites make it look like one lmao, I had to do a winter themed character lmao) 4. Warrior Princess (I was kinda struggling with the character design, but I finally decided just to do this with it) 5. Strawberry Choco Sundae (Finally, a dessert themed character! The palette made me think of ice cream, so that's what I made it into! I wasn't kinda proud of the eyes so I resized them lol) 6. Honeydew (The greeny part kinda made me think of a honeydew) 7. Uhh kitsune samurai? (I got inspired by another DTA, you know the one I just entered lol XD) Also if you at #7 you can't go next and if you are at the first one you can't go back lol
My designs started flopping at the end, I was getting lazy. Anyways, I did a bit of shading :3
