Ingredients: 1 pound Fettuccine Pasta 6 tablespoons Butter 1 Garlic Clove (minced) 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream ¼ teaspoon Salt 1 ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese (Shredded) ¼ teaspoon Pepper 2 tablespoons Italian Parsley (optional) Directions: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the heavy cream and salt to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add the shredded parmesan cheese to the saucepan and stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the saucepan and toss until the pasta is coated in the sauce. Serve hot with a sprinkle of black pepper and chopped Italian parsley (optional).
