Basically, you are playing as a Half German, Half Russian Soldier named Josef Petrov. His father is a high ranking officer in the german army, while his mother was a Russian peasant. He had to join the german army to stay alive, because his dad abandoned him. now, he's in the paratroops and was blown off course during the invasion of stalingrad. he found a small, abandoned guard post.
