Holly was once a loner. She was found as an sickly orphan on the Clan’s border. Emberstar decided to take her in. A few sunrises later, Holly (who revealed that to be her name) was well again and old enough to be an apprentice. She loves being taught by the Clan, but also loves wondering out of territory. When she told Emberstar, he said that Holly would be allowed to train and live out of camp. Daily, Holly trains with her mentor and sleeps on the hills just out of camp. Holly loves Clan life, but she will always be a loner at heart. She promises that if she ever has kits, they will be in the Clan. But when they grow up, she will continue switching back and forth. She hopes her kits do, too. Sometimes Holly wonders, but she will always return to the cats who stole her heart in the Clan.
