This is a two player game (or one if you just want to try it out) where one player uses the arrow keys to shoot the ball; 2 seconds later the guy runs up and shoots and the goalie tries to dive the right way and save the ball. Space is to reset but if the animation is going then use the green flag to fully reset.
The animation is from eleven. (as seen in top right of the animation)
