Village - Meepcity Mostly explaining why I haven't been posting projects in so long, as well as not doing much art since the New Year. This ties in to my more known projects like SOSC City 2, FAST Camp, File OBJ, Redraws, etc...
TLDR; I'm experiencing an art block Response: I've been on scratch for 3+ years now, and I have been somewhat active on the platform with releasing atleast a project or two every month, whether it'd be for a camp episode, or just something random that I want to share with the world. But recently I've been making a ton of projects that do relate with art, and I haven't been following up on any of them. This month I've been very slow on my art, as well as falling behind on my shows like FAST, HLB, (and File OBJ but thats a LONG while.) I guess I've just been feeling burnt out, I'm at a point in life where school has just taken over my priorities, but I still linger whether I want to just devote more time on my artistic platform or just completely push away from it. I do think about scratch every-so-often, but it hasn't been sparking as much as before. Don't get me wrong, I really love to be online despite my unpopularity/annoying sosc community, but I've made a bunch of friends here that I get inspired by, as well as a ton of more people just watching my projects. I just really wish I didn't have to burnout and just continuing to push myself to draw/code the things that I'm in the mood for. I guess I'm in that phase where the motivation levels are at the lowest. Maybe it'll spark soon, or maybe it'll take another while, but I'll try my best to finish everything that I've started. Plus I really wanna finish the one camp that's at the final 6 right now (FAST) so I will make that my #1 priority. As well as redraws and when I have the absolute time I'll make another SOSC city. But for now, these are my reasons for not being so active. Yeah I guess I didn't talk about art block too much, but I just hope that someone in the community could give me the inspiration to push projects out, like CACA or SOC or CSSOC or IB or other stuff like that. hi :3
